We currently accept CASH - Electronic CHECK or Money orders. An Email will be sent to you verifying your purchase and providing instructions for a money order. Electronic Check information is collected in our shopping cart, simular to processing a credit card. After your funds clear our bank your item will ship.
What is an electronic check?
An electronic check is a process in which your check is used as a source of information–for the check number, your account number, and the number that identifies your institution. The information is then used to make a one–time electronic payment from your account–an electronic fund transfer. The check itself is not the method of payment.
How will I know that my check is being used for electronic check?
When you provide your check, you will be given notice that information from your check will be used to make an electronic payment from your account. This notice is required by the federal law that applies to electronic fund transfers.

Before you agree to electronic check conversion, you should first ask yourself
* Do I understand that the information from my check will be used to make an electronic payment from my account?
* Do I have enough money in my account to cover the payment?
When you receive your statement from your bank, you should
* Make sure that the charges on your statement match your records.
With electronic check conversion, may I use the same check more than once?
No. An electronic check conversion transaction is a one-time electronic payment from your account. If you were to use the same check for more than one transaction and you had a problem with one of the transactions, Your banking institutuion might have difficulty investigating the problem because the same check number would appear more than once on your statement.

ALL non-stocking items and special order or custom built firearms will require a non-refundable deposit of 50%.
How we handle sales tax
Sales tax will be added to the total price of your order if we ship or bill a product order to the state of Minnesota. If you hold a MN state resale tax ID number and believe you are exempt, we will issue an S3 form to be completed prior to shipping an item to you and the taxable amount will be removed from your order or credited back to you.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with the purchase of a new item from us simply return the item in the factory sealed, un-opened condition for exchange or a refund minus the shipping fee. Items marked "As Is" or No Returns are not eligible for return or exchange. Absolutely no returns on firearms, except on used firearms with a five day right to inspect privilege. All other returns only need authorization by emailing request to: sales@grundhausergunworks.com.
Warranty
Most new brand name products purchased from Grundhauser Gun Works are backed by the manufacturer's warranty. Terms and conditions may vary by product or manufacturer. No other warranty or guarantee is implied.
Given the inteded use of our firearms in competition, Grundhauser Gun Works firearms are serviced for a period of 6 months. The warranty applies towards defects in materials or workmanship of the firearm. The use of re-loaded ammunition, proof rounds, or factory ammunition that exceeds SAAMI specifications voids any warranty. Any repairs or modifications not performed by Grundhauser Gun Works also voids any warranty.
